Step One:
Title company's requesting a Dues Verification Certificate must email their requests through the website using the Contact Us link and selecting Accountant in the first dropdown box. All requests require lot # and filing #. CMEPOA does not provide financial or account information to any third party that is not a title company, without a signed and notarized document from the current property owner. If you are not a title company, please attach this document to your request. After closing please mail the Owner Change document to 838 S Mountain Estates Rd Florissant, CO 80816 or email it using the same contact us link above.
Step Two:
Beginning December 1, 2021, all Status Letter requests require prepayment of the Dues Verification Certificate. This fee is $10 and can be paid by clicking here. A website membership is not necessary for online payment. After closing, the $15.00 Transfer Fee must be paid online or by check mailed to 838 S. Mountain Estates Rd. Florissant, CO 80816.
Please be aware that requesting a Status Letter could take up to a week to receive a response, so please provide as much lead time as possible
