To request a Status Letter go to Title Company Info, and follow the instructions. Please be aware that requesting a Status Letter could take up to a week to receive a response, so please provide as much lead time as possible
Property owners with online membership may download non-redacted documents for free from this website.
CMEPOA does not provide financial or account information to any third party, other than a title company, without a signed and notarized document from the current property owner. Once the property owner has given permission to CMEPOA, a status letter will be provided to the third party.
